SAFETY COVERS

Winter safety covers are designed to go on once per season to winterize the pool.
They require drilling into the concrete typically at least 30 days after concrete installation for cure time.
There are several different types in mesh or solid materials and qualities.
Yes the elephant is real.

MESH OR SOLID?

Each has qualities that make it more or less desirable to each customer.
Mesh allows for a total "hands off" over the winter approach. Water passes through the screen like material allowing accumulated leaves and debris to blow off. Some fine dirt will get through requiring more clean up in the spring.
Better mesh materials can filter out up to 99% of sunlight and filtering out more fine particles making cleanup easier.
Solid covers block 100% of sunlight and allow no debris to get through. However, you will need a cover pump to keep water off the cover during the winter.
A solid cover with a mesh drain panel in the center is the middle ground giving you the best features of each style.

COVER INSTALLATION

Anchors are drilled into the concrete around the pool. The number of anchors is determined by the size and shape of the cover. A spring is attached to each anchor point distributing the weight of anything that gets onto the cover over the entire area.
This is what creates the safety factor and allows say an elephant to walk on it.

COLORS

The colors available vary by style. Not every cover is available in every color.

FINISH BEAUTIFULLY

Ending the pool season does not mean ending the beauty in your back yard.
Safety covers can keep your project looking good all year long.
